Account takeover via unbound cross-session verification proof

Authentication bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak and Red Hat Single Sign-On 7 allows remote authenticated users to take over local accounts. The first-broker-login flow generates a cross-session verification proof without binding it to the specific upstream social identity being verified. Exploitation requires a different account at the same social provider, precise timing, and victim interaction during active account linking; success exposes the victim's data and permissions.
