Account takeover via OTP-skipping REST endpoints

Improper authentication in Really Simple Security before 9.5.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to obtain a WordPress user session. The do_not_ask_again and skip_onboarding REST routes accept a login nonce and user ID without validating the email OTP, then issue a logged-in cookie. A target account must use active email-based 2FA, and the attacker must know its password; exploitation grants that account's WordPress privileges.
