Authenticated NRF crash via uninitialized request pointer

Denial of service in Open5GS NRF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the NRF via a crafted discovery request. During inter-PLMN discovery fallback, failed hnrf-uri parsing logs request->h.uri through an uninitialized request pointer, causing a null dereference. A caller able to reach the NRF service and issue an authenticated HTTP/2 discovery request can terminate the NRF process; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
