XXE in KEYENCE XG VisionTerminal 5.5.0010 and earlier and XG-X VisionTerminal 3.6.0000 and earlier allows attackers to read local files. The setting-file XML parser resolves attacker-supplied external entity references, causing it to retrieve system data during file processing. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted setting file; the documented consequence is disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
