NRF crash via uncapped discovery response pool

Resource exhaustion in Open5GS NRF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the NRF through a discovery response. The inter-PLMN discovery handler adds each distinct SearchResult.nfInstances entry to a fixed pool without capping the list, then asserts when allocation fails. Control of a Home NRF response is required; exhausting the default 64-entry pool terminates the local NRF and interrupts discovery service.
