Authenticated internal-service access via unvalidated MCP URL
Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Aug 31, 2026
SSRF in Sdcb Chats 1.12.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services through the fetch-tools endpoint. FetchMcpTools accepts an arbitrary absolute serverUrl, assigns it directly as the MCP transport endpoint, and forwards custom headers without restricting private or loopback destinations. Any authenticated account can make the server probe internal or localhost services and observe downstream responses or connection errors.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
