Cross-organization data read via unchecked organization ID
Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Aug 31, 2026
Missing authorization in ToolJet before 3.16.208 allows remote authenticated users to read other organizations' database data. The ToolJet Database controller accepts an organizationId from three read-route URL paths, while its guard chain never compares that value with the caller's JWT-derived organization and passes it into table and join services. Any authenticated role can list victim table names and schemas or retrieve stored rows when the target organization's UUID is known.
