Authenticated cross-workspace table reads via unchecked identifiers

Authorization bypass in ToolJet Database before 3.16.44 allows remote authenticated users to read tables across workspaces. The join route skips strict membership validation, grants JOIN_TABLES broadly, and passes the path organization identifier to joinTable instead of binding access to the token workspace. Cross-workspace reads require victim table UUIDs, while low-privilege users can directly read tables in their own workspace despite role restrictions.
