Untrusted search path handling in Hulumi before 1.3.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through workspace files. The /hulumi-threat-model skill resolves its helper script from an unsafe root, so a workspace file can shadow the intended helper during local skill execution. Exploitation requires write access to a workspace later used for the skill and runs code with the privileges of the Hulumi process.
