CVE-2026-82827Network attack vector

Administrative access via hard-coded JWT signing secret

Published Oct 1, 2026 · Updated Oct 1, 2026

Authentication bypass in Hitachi Coding Software Suite 3.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to use admin functions via forged Bearer tokens. The authentication mechanism relies on a hard-coded JWT signing secret, allowing tokens signed with that secret to be treated as authorized. Exploitation requires network access to the web application but no existing account; the resulting access reaches administrative functions.
