Video-frame disclosure via unchecked postMessage origin

Information disclosure in vidIQ Vision for YouTube 3.199.0 allows remote attackers to obtain video frames through a crafted postMessage. The handler trusts vidiqEvent=getVideoStill without validating event.origin, draws the current video to a canvas, and posts the base64 image to the requester. Exploitation requires the extension on an active YouTube page and page-associated script access; it discloses video frames, not files or accounts.
