Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026

Cross-site scripting in CONTEC Co., Ltd. CAN-2-WF and CAN-2-USB before 2.20 allows adjacent attackers to execute scripts in a logged-in browser. CONTEC identifies the settings screen as the vulnerable locus but does not disclose which input is rendered without script neutralization. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and user interaction while the user is logged in, and can redirect the browser or alter its displayed content.
