Browser script execution via undisclosed web input
Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026
Cross-site scripting in CONTEC RP-WAH-SR firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a logged-in user's browser. CONTEC and JPCERT/CC have not disclosed the affected web-interface input or the operation that fails to neutralize it. Exploitation requires network access, low-privileged product credentials, and interaction by a user who is already logged in; successful exploitation runs arbitrary script in that user's browser.
