Unauthenticated resource exhaustion via unbounded CIMD client creation

Resource exhaustion in Ash Project ash_authentication_oauth2_server 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust database storage and memory. At /authorize, resolve_client/3 fetches each URL-shaped client_id and stores uncapped, never-expiring client rows while caching documents before validation. Exploitation requires CIMD to be enabled and the unauthenticated endpoint to be exposed; resource depletion can interrupt the authorization service.
