Gas-cost inflation and key provisioning via unchecked authorization

Improper input validation in ZenHive MPP 0.2.0 through 0.16.0 allows remote attackers to inflate sponsored gas costs and provision access keys. MPP.Methods.Tempo.FeePayerPolicy.measure/3 validates other client-signed 0x76 envelope limits but accepts an optional key_authorization field whose persistent writes are billed to the sponsor. Only deployments with Tempo server-side fee sponsorship enabled are exposed; a crafted payment can multiply gas charges and leave the attacker with a provisioned access key.
