Missing authorization in Ash 3.29.0 through 3.32.1 allows attackers to update policy-forbidden records through Ash.update_many/4. The run_atomic/5 path passes fully atomic changesets directly to the data layer without consulting authorizers or merging resource-policy filters. Exploitation requires the default atomic strategy, update_many data-layer support, and a merge-runnable change; successful use modifies otherwise forbidden records but does not disclose data or interrupt service.
