Constraint bypass via non-finite decimal casting

Improper decimal validation in Ash 1.28.0 through 3.32.1 allows attackers to bypass numeric bounds or interrupt later operations. Ash.Type.Decimal cast_input/2 and cast_stored/2 accept Ecto-cast Infinity and NaN values without verifying that the resulting Decimal is finite. A caller must supply a non-finite decimal; NaN evades min and max comparisons, and persistence can cause later arithmetic errors or data-layer rejection.
