Credential disclosure via unescaped path parameters

Open redirect in AshTypescript 0.15.0 through 0.17.9 allows remote attackers to redirect generated client requests via path parameters. The build_url_template/4 and build_url_template_to_variable/4 routines splice path values into URL templates without encodeURIComponent. Exploitation requires untrusted input, a leading path parameter, and default relative URLs; a successful request can disclose attached credentials.
