Client crash via unbounded HTTP response buffering

Resource exhaustion in elixir-mint Mint 0.1.0 through 1.9.3 allows remote attackers controlling a server to crash client processes. HTTP1 decode_status_line/4 and decode_body/5 repeatedly retain incomplete response-line data in conn.buffer without applying the configured size budget. Exploitation requires an application to fetch from an attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced HTTP server and can terminate the BEAM runtime through memory exhaustion.
