Sensitive parameter exposure via union-type exception logging

Sensitive information exposure in Ash Project AshPhoenix 1.2.17 through 2.3.24 allows remote authenticated users to write submitted secrets to logs. Two raise sites in AshPhoenix.Form.Auto inspect the entire untrusted parameter map when _union_type names no configured union type, bypassing Phoenix parameter filtering. Reachability requires an application that renders an auto-generated union form and accepts the crafted submission; the exception can expose parameters in logs, crash reports, or the development error page.
