Cross-site request forgery in Tycon Systems TPDIN-Monitor-WEB3 2.2.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to change device state. CISA has not published the affected web endpoint or the missing request-authentication check that accepts a forged state-changing request. Exploitation requires an operator's browser to submit attacker-controlled content to the network-accessible web interface, and resulting changes can affect monitored equipment or relay-controlled power.
