Terminal output forgery via unneutralized control sequences

Terminal escape injection in Ash Project UsageRules 0.1.18 through 1.2.7 allows remote attackers to forge terminal output via package docs. Mix.Tasks.UsageRules.SearchDocs interpolates publisher-controlled titles, package names, references, types, and snippets without stripping C0, C1, or ANSI controls before printing them. Exploitation requires a developer to run a search that returns malicious package documentation in an interpreting terminal, enabling forged links or commands, hidden text, or clipboard writes.
