Administrator-browser script execution via unencoded subscriber email
Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Aug 31, 2026
Stored XSS in Code Projects Online Shopping System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through the newsletter email field. The offersmail.php endpoint stores the unvalidated email parameter and later inserts it into subscriber-list HTML without output encoding. No authentication is needed to plant the payload, but execution requires an administrator or other privileged user to view the stored subscriber record; script execution is limited to that user's browser context.
