CVE-2026-82688Public exploitNetwork attack vectorHinoki check available

Authenticated command execution via unsanitized vvctl arguments

Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Aug 31, 2026

OS command injection in D-Link DNS-340L 1.01B04 and DNS-345 1.03B06, 1.04.B02, and 1.05b04 allows remote authenticated users to run commands. The virtual_vol.cgi handler inserts f_sharename, f_target, and f_name POST values into vvctl command strings without neutralizing shell metacharacters before passing them to system(). Authenticated web-management access is required; injected commands execute as the CGI process user on the NAS.
