Authenticated SMF crash via missing QoS-flow list

Denial of service in Open5GS SMF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the SMF via a crafted H-SMF response. The home-routed V-SMF response handler frees an empty qosFlowsSetupList, but gsm_build_pdu_session_establishment_accept later asserts that the stored list exists. When a trusted H-SMF peer returns 201 Created without that field, the assertion aborts the entire SMF process rather than rejecting only the transaction.
