Authenticated command execution via unsanitized dm_command input

OS command injection in Diem 5.1.0 through 5.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the Administrative Console. The executeCommand function in dmAdminPlugin/modules/dmConsole/actions/actions.class.php passes attacker-controlled dm_command input to the operating system without neutralizing command syntax. Administrative Console access with high privileges is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the web application's operating-system permissions.
