Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted distribution endpoint

SSRF in Yao Jingang GEOFlow 2.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send server-side requests to arbitrary HTTP endpoints. DistributionController.isValidHttpEndpoint accepts any nonempty HTTP or HTTPS host, and GenericHttpEndpointResolver builds requests directly from the stored endpoint_url value. A regular administrator can create a generic HTTP API distribution channel and use health checks or settings synchronization to reach loopback, private, or link-local services from the server.
