File reads and SSRF via unchecked content resolution

Access-control bypass in Nodemailer before 8.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to read local files or fetch URLs through jsonTransport. During normalization, shared.resolveContent opens path values and fetches href values without receiving or checking the two access-control flags. Exploitation requires an embedding application to use jsonTransport, enable the restrictions, and pass attacker-influenced message content; resulting JSON can expose file data or reflect forced internal HTTP responses.
