CVE-2026-82644Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Unauthenticated password guessing via bot cache exclusion

Published Aug 30, 2026 · Updated Aug 30, 2026

Rate-limit bypass in WWBN AVideo through e01e41ecc allows remote attackers to make unlimited password guesses against login endpoints. enforceRateLimit writes its attempt counter through ObjectYPT::setCacheGlobal, which discards the write when isBot classifies the client as a bot. No authentication is required; a missing or bot-like User-Agent prevents counter increments, so repeated credential attempts never reach the request limit.
