Unauthenticated SSRF via unchecked transport destination

SSRF in PowerJob 5.1.0 through 5.1.2 allows remote attackers to probe network services through the Transport Endpoint. TestController.testTransportService deserializes the request body url object and passes its host and port to bootstrap.connect without authentication or destination validation. Reachability of /test/transport is sufficient to originate arbitrary TCP connections from the server, exposing internal and external host-port pairs to probing.
