Authenticated SMF crash via invalid preemptCap enum

Reachable assertion in Open5GS SMF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the SMF via a crafted UDM response. The smf_nudm_sdm_handle_get function maps an unknown preemptCap enum string to zero and asserts that the session's internal preemption capability was set. An attacker must control or impersonate a registered UDM reachable by the SMF; triggering the path aborts the entire SMF process rather than only the transaction.
