CVE-2026-82562Public exploitNetwork attack vectorHinoki check available

Service interruption via unchecked comma groups

Published Aug 29, 2026 · Updated Aug 29, 2026

Resource-limit bypass in ljharb qs 6.14.2 through 6.15.3 allows remote attackers to cause excessive memory allocation via bracket-push input. In lib/parse.js, parseArrayValue splits comma-separated values beneath []= keys and wraps the result before arrayLimit evaluates its inner length. Reachability requires both comma and throwOnLimitExceeded to be enabled for untrusted input; allocation remains linear in request size and can interrupt the hosting application.
