Device capability disclosure via non-cleartext 5GMM acceptance

Information disclosure in Magma 1.9.0 allows remote attackers to expose device capability data through a crafted InitialUEMessage. The Access Gateway AMF accepts a non-cleartext Capability 5GMM element in an initial Registration Request instead of requiring a protected NAS container. Exploitation requires 5G support and network access to submit the message; the reported consequence is device profiling or fingerprinting.
