Pickup-limit bypass via non-atomic usage updates

Race condition in vastsa FileCodeBox 2.0 through 2.3 allows remote attackers to bypass pickup limits with concurrent requests. update_file_usage performs a non-atomic read, decrement, and full-record save, so parallel requests consume stale expired_count values and overwrite one another. A valid share code and a count-limited share are required, after which parallel requests retrieve more copies than configured.
