Denied command execution via omitted Bash pipe operator

Command allowlist bypass in Roo Code through 3.54.0 allows attackers to execute denied shell commands via a crafted Bash pipeline. The parseCommand token loop omits |& from its command-separator list, folds the operator and trailing command into an allowlisted prefix, and approves the entire line. Exploitation requires auto-approve plus attacker-influenced agent output, and the denied command runs with the agent's privileges on the developer machine.
