Unauthenticated restriction bypass via forged X-Real-IP header

Access control bypass in IP2Location Country Blocker before 2.45.0 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to access restricted resources. The visitor-IP selection logic trusts the client-supplied X-Real-IP header and uses its value for country, proxy, and allowlist decisions. Exploitation requires IP-based restrictions and a forged allowlisted address; successful requests expose only resources protected by those rules.
