SMF crash via missing flow description

Denial of service in Open5GS SMF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the SMF via a crafted callback. The update_authorized_pcc_rule_and_qos handler unconditionally duplicates an absent flowDescription value from pccRules flowInfos, triggering an assertion failure and process exit. Exploitation requires an existing SMF session and access to its policy-notification callback; the bounded consequence is an SMF process crash.
