Stored XSS in Beetel 450TC3 01.00.00_01 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The User Management account-creation flow stores the Username value without validation or output encoding and renders it in the user list. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account and executes when an administrator opens that list, enabling actions within the administrator's browser session.
