Internal metadata disclosure via omitted CGNAT range

SSRF in Memos 0.30.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal page metadata through unauthenticated link fetching. GetLinkMetadata and BatchGetLinkMetadata rely on net.IP.IsPrivate, which does not classify 100.64.0.0/10 as internal before fetching and returning titles and descriptions. Exposure requires network access to those RPCs and routing from the server to a target in shared address space, including reachable metadata services.
