Worker memory exhaustion via unchecked frame length

Denial of service in Apache Storm 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust worker memory via a crafted messaging frame. The worker's Netty decoder processes frames before SASL authentication and allocates buffers directly from an attacker-controlled length field. TCP access to a worker slot port is sufficient; the resulting impact ranges from garbage-collection pressure to worker loss because the precise effect was not measured.
