Denial of service via unchecked isBuffer call

Denial of service in ljharb qs 2.2.5 through 6.15.3 allows remote attackers to interrupt requests via crafted serialized objects. The stringify path calls utils.isBuffer on each nonprimitive value, which invokes constructor.isBuffer without verifying that it is callable. Reachability requires an application to reserialize attacker-controlled data; the TypeError causes an HTTP 500 or exits a worker outside an error boundary.
