Classpath file disclosure via unconstrained template includes
Published Sep 28, 2026 · Updated Sep 28, 2026
Information disclosure in Apache Roller 6.1.5 allows remote authenticated users with weblog administrator rights to read classpath files. Weblog rendering lets Velocity include and parse directives resolve resources through the application classpath outside the active theme, while its sandbox restricts method access rather than resource loading. Exploitation requires permission to author a weblog template and can expose Roller configuration files containing secrets.
