Unauthenticated metadata disclosure via REST handler overrides

Authentication bypass in StarRocks 4.0.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to read cluster and runtime metadata via Frontend REST endpoints. Five handler classes override execute() rather than executeWithoutPassword(), so RestBaseAction never reaches its checkPassword() gate before dispatching six GET routes. Any network client that can reach the Frontend HTTP port can obtain topology, database names and sizes, JVM statistics, query progress, and version details without credentials.
