CVE-2026-82271Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Cross-user conversation modification via unchecked identifiers

Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026

Authorization bypass in SciPhi R2R 3.6.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter other users' conversations. The conversation update and message handlers accept a caller-supplied conversation identifier without verifying that the authenticated user owns the referenced conversation. Any account can therefore rename another user's conversation or append messages to its history, corrupting stored state and injecting content.
