Unauthenticated SSRF via unvalidated proxy route
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Portkey AI Gateway 1.14.0 through 1.15.2 allows remote attackers to reach internal services. The deprecated /v1/proxy/* route registers proxyHandler without requestValidator, so x-portkey-custom-host bypasses the custom-host allowlist. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted POST can relay its Authorization header and request body to an internal or attacker-controlled host, exposing provider API keys.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
