Credential disclosure via submodule path traversal

Path traversal in GitoxideLabs gitoxide gix 0.72.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read Git configuration via malicious repositories. The gix-validate name function accepts later parent-directory components after checking only the first '..', and Submodule::open inherits full trust and skips ownership verification. Exposure requires a tool built on affected gix to perform explicit submodule open or status operations; disclosed data is limited to reachable valid Git configurations, including embedded credentials.
