Repository confusion via unvalidated submodule name

Path traversal in GitoxideLabs gitoxide before 0.52.1 and gix before 0.82 allows attackers to redirect submodule inspection. Submodule::state() and Submodule::open() join an unvalidated .gitmodules name beneath .git/modules without normalization or confinement. Processing an attacker-crafted repository is required; traversal segments can make callers inspect or open an attacker-chosen repository, but this behavior alone does not execute commands.
