HTTP Basic credential theft via misparsed redirects

Credential exposure in GitoxideLabs gitoxide gix-transport before 0.58.1 allows remote attackers to steal HTTP Basic credentials via redirects. The gix-url parser treats '?' and '#' as part of the authority, causing can_reuse_identity to compare the wrong host and retain identity across a crafted redirect. Exploitation requires control of a redirect from an authenticated origin; default redirect handling then sends its Basic authorization value, often a PAT or OAuth token, to the attacker's HTTPS host.
