Internal resource access via unvalidated query import URLs
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
SSRF in Budibase Server before 3.41.3 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through query import URLs. The POST /api/queries/import/info handler passes its user-supplied URL to fetchFromUrl(), which calls node-fetch without scheme, address, DNS, or redirect validation and returns the full response body. Access to the builder route and a workspace identifier is required; successful requests expose content from loopback, cloud metadata, or other restricted HTTP services.
