PCF service crash via IPv6 prefix assertion

Denial of service in Open5GS PCF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote attackers to crash the PCF via a crafted IPv6 prefix. The session-policy POST handler accepts a valid non-/128 ipv6AddressPrefix, then pcf_sess_set_ipv6prefix aborts on an exact-/128 assertion. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the process exits instead of returning an HTTP error, interrupting PCF service until restart.
